Effective date: July 28, 2026 Contact: contact@mdsa.pro

By using SentinelAI, you agree to these Terms. SentinelAI provides assistant communication features only for verified users and only for permitted, user-requested tasks.

SentinelAI Service

SentinelAI is an AI assistant application that helps verified users with user-requested tasks. SentinelAI may assist with phone calls, SMS messages, emails, notifications, appointment follow-ups, reminders, approval requests, call-completion summaries, recipient response summaries, and related assistant task updates.

SentinelAI is not a replacement for emergency services, professional legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any service that requires licensed professional judgment.

Verification and Account Security

Some SentinelAI features require account verification before use. Communication features may require email verification, phone verification, accepted communication terms, trusted-device status, identity verification, or other security checks depending on the feature.

The account holder is responsible for maintaining the security of their device, login credentials, trusted devices, verification codes, and account access. The account holder must not share access credentials, allow unauthorized third parties to use the account, or permit another person to use SentinelAI communication features as though they were the verified account holder.

User Responsibility, Account Security, and Misuse of Communication Features

SentinelAI communication features, including AI-assisted calls, emails, notifications, appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up summaries, may only be used by the verified account holder or by a person expressly authorized by the verified account holder.

SentinelAI acts only on user-provided instructions and account-authorized requests. The account holder is responsible for reviewing requests before authorizing external communications and for ensuring that their instructions are accurate, lawful, non-deceptive, and not misleading.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mdsa.pro / SentinelAI is not responsible for losses, claims, penalties, disputes, misunderstandings, misleading communications, unauthorized communications, or third-party misuse arising from:

  • the account holder’s failure to secure their device, account, credentials, or trusted devices;
  • the account holder sharing access with another person;
  • another person using the account holder’s device or account with or without permission;
  • inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, deceptive, or misleading instructions provided by the user;
  • the user’s failure to review, correct, or cancel a communication request before it is sent or initiated;
  • use of SentinelAI communication features for harassment, impersonation, fraud, threats, unlawful recording, spam, deceptive outreach, or any other unauthorized or unlawful purpose.

SentinelAI may refuse, block, limit, suspend, or terminate communication features when a request appears unsafe, abusive, deceptive, unauthorized, unlawful, or inconsistent with SentinelAI’s policies.

Communication Features

SentinelAI may place phone calls, send SMS messages, send emails, provide notifications, ask for approvals, create reminders, summarize follow-up information, or provide other communication updates when requested by a verified user and allowed by SentinelAI’s account, security, and safety rules.

When a user requests an external communication, SentinelAI may speak or write on behalf of the user, deliver the user’s requested message, continue a conversation, ask follow-up questions, summarize the recipient’s response, or request approval from the verified user when needed.

AI-Assisted Calls, Transcripts, and Summaries

SentinelAI may process live speech, call transcripts, transcript snippets, assistant responses, recipient responses, appointment details, call status, call duration, and call-completion summaries during user-requested assistant calls.

SentinelAI may transcribe, summarize, and store AI-assisted communications for the purpose of completing user-requested tasks, providing follow-up summaries, maintaining account records, improving safety, and preventing misuse.

Users are responsible for ensuring that calls, recordings, transcripts, summaries, and external communications initiated through SentinelAI comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including privacy, consent, call-recording, anti-harassment, anti-fraud, and anti-impersonation laws.

AI-generated transcripts and summaries may contain errors or omissions. Users should review important information before relying on it, especially for appointments, deadlines, legal matters, medical matters, financial matters, or safety-related situations.

SMS Terms, Consent, STOP, and HELP

SentinelAI may send SMS messages to the verified user’s own phone number for transactional assistant updates. SMS messages may include call-completion summaries, delivered-message confirmations, recipient responses, appointment approval requests, appointment confirmation requests, assistant task status updates, reminder updates, and security or account-related communication updates.

Users opt in to SentinelAI SMS notifications by creating a SentinelAI account, verifying their phone number with a one-time code, accepting SentinelAI communication terms, and enabling communication features in the app. SMS messages are transactional and relate to user-requested assistant actions.

Message frequency varies based on user-requested assistant actions. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Users may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to any SentinelAI SMS. Users may reply HELP for help. Users can also disable communication features inside the SentinelAI app.

When SentinelAI is speaking with a receptionist, business, or other representative on behalf of the user, SentinelAI may send the verified user an SMS asking for approval before confirming an appointment, continuing a sensitive step, or accepting a proposed time. The user is responsible for approving or declining the proposed action.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not use SentinelAI to create, request, send, or deliver unsolicited calls or messages, spam, scams, phishing, credential-seeking messages, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, humiliating, fraudulent, deceptive, impersonation-based, illegal, intimidating, exploitative, or harmful content, or unauthorized collection of sensitive personal information.

SentinelAI may block or refuse these requests.

Accuracy, Availability, and Service Limits

SentinelAI may summarize conversations, recipient responses, appointment details, and task results. These summaries may contain errors or omissions.

SentinelAI may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or limited due to technical issues, third-party provider outages, network problems, maintenance, or security controls. SentinelAI does not guarantee that every call, SMS, email, notification, reminder, appointment request, or assistant task will complete successfully.

Privacy

SentinelAI’s Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, protected, and how phone calls, call transcripts, SMS messages, and mobile number privacy are handled. The Privacy Policy is available at https://mdsa.pro/privacy.html.

These Terms may be updated as SentinelAI features evolve. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
